Galactic, Helen Gillet, Bruce 'Sunpie' Barnes & the Louisiana Sunspots, and Anais St. John will perform THIS SUNDAY  at Generations Hall (310 Andrew Higgins Blvd) at our annual soiree, L'Extravagance. We will have food from 11 renowned New Orleans' restaurants:  Toups MeateryNacho Mama'sPatoisLaurel Street BakeryArabella Casa di PastaTartineChiba, Taceaux Loceaux ,  Bakery Bar, Pho Tau Bay and Angeline!

We will have live canvas paintings by Alex Harvie and TJ Black, an aerialist, Les ReBelles, Krewe des Fleurs and an incredible silent auction.  Make sure you buy your tickets, you do not want to miss this night!

SILENT AUCTION:
Our silent auction has some amazing items! Artwork, amazing baskets, camps, class art projects, Astros tickets, and even front row tickets to ONE SHOW at New York Fashion Week this September! You will want to bid, and win! To make things exciting, the silent auction will go live prior to the event, an email with announcement will be sent tomorrow! Of course, we want everyone to attend, but if you are unable to, you may still bid and win from home!

On Monday, March 5th, during Report Card Conferences , there will be a Business Office station at each campus to offer assistance to parents with c hecking  balances due, setting up payment plans, accessing billing systems, and paying bills before leaving campus.  Each station will be set up to process credit cards, checks, etc. and other forms of payment.  The station at the Johnson Campus will be in the front office, and the station at the Patton Street Campus will be in the hallway near the Patton Street entrance. 

If you are unable to stop by the Business Office station on Monday, please regularly visit the  Billing Portal  on the school's website (http://www.lfno.org/billing/) for instructions and access to pay bills or send an e-mail to[email protected]  with any billing inquiries. Also be sure to check out the Lunch Billing FAQ and  Before/AfterCare Drop-In FAQs for additional information.  As a reminder, bills for balances due are billed electronically on a regular basis through  My School Bucks  for lunch bills and through  CampBrain  for AfterCare and Enrichment balances. 














The Dads Club is sponsoring a presentation from the Department of Homeland Security iGuardian Program at the Patton Campus on  Tuesday, March 6th at 7pm.

Project iGuardian is focused on keeping children and teens safe from online predators through education and awareness. The project is an outreach effort to share information about the dangers of online environments, how to stay safe online, and how to report abuse and suspicious activity. In addition, the iGuardians team is here to help kids stay safe online by providing safety tips, a number to call, and a website with links to more information and resources. Project iGuardian helps kids, teens and parents to be smart about online safety and stay safe from online sexual predators.

Audubon Park Meeting:
WHEN: Audubon Park is going through a Master Plan process. The second meeting is on March 6 from 6 to 8 pm.
Since Lycee uses space at the park and because our families frequently use the park space, I think it would be nice to let people know about the input period.  

Speaking event: "Hidden in Plain Sight"
WHEN: March 14 at 6:30 PM
WHERE: Patton Campus at 5951 Patton Street in the cafeteria.
This event is hosted by St. Paul's United Church of Christ. Attendees must be 18 and above.


Lake Ponchartrain Basin Foundation's 4th Annual Spring Sweep: 
WHEN: Saturday, March 24, 2018.
TIME: 9:00 AM - 11:30 AM. 
WHAT:   On Spring Sweep day (Saturday, March 24), you will go out with your group to your assigned zone, have your volunteers use theClean Swell app or fill out the data cards on the trash collected, fill trash bags, and finally turn in your group's data collection and summary cards (or mail them in).  Free thank you picnic for registered volunte ers at the New Canal Lighthouse from 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM. 
SUPPLIES PROVIDED:  Pickup on Wednesday, March 21, between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
