New public relations committees hold first meetings

Two new committees kicked off with meetings in January: DEC's PR committee and the Capital Region Text-to-911 PR committee. The Text-to-911 committee is working on a public education campaign to inform all Capital Region residents of how and when to use text-to-911. The DEC PR committee is working on creating a positive public view of DEC. Everyone is welcome to offer ideas and suggestions!
