To receive information and schedule appointment, please call 303.464.5534.  Scheduling your transportation to medical appointments as soon as you know the date and time helps us accommodate all member's needs and must be done by 10 a.m. two business days prior to the appointment. Please be ready five minutes prior to your pickup time. This allows on time arrival for everyone's appointments. Your patience is appreciated on return rides home; we will be there as soon as possible after we receive your call. If there will be a significant delay, you will be informed.  
 
Active Adult Yoga Workshop
Work with a yoga instructor in a small group to focus on the primary poses used in yoga class. Whether you have been attending for years or are new to your yoga practice, you will benefit from the workshop.

Colorado History Talks  
The Colorado Carnation Industry

Nearly 200 Colorado Greenhouses produced carnations that were trademarked 'Colorado Carnation'. The Industry had more sales than the Colorado wheat industry in 1970 when the first imports from Colombia started. Today, no carnations are grown in Colorado. This is the story of that industry. PREP WORK VOLUNTEER NEEDED! 
Volunteers needed to help with prep work in commercial kitchen for Senior Nutrition programs (Meals on Wheels and Senior Congregate Lunch). Volunteers must be at least 18 years old. Monday, Wednesday 8:30-11 a.m. Volunteers should be knowledgeable and comfortable in a commercial kitchen environment and know basic safety and sanitary procedures. Example duties include: chopping and slicing vegetables, cubing fruit, baking cakes and muffins, light cooking and sautéing, and packaging of Meals on Wheels entrees. Click here for an application or stop by Senior Services front desk today!
