It's time to register for the 2018-19 school year! March 1-31 is the 2018-19 Priority Re-enrollment period. Re-enrollment materials will be sent home with students tomorrow, 3/1. Look for the envelope with the bright yellow sticker! The $150 per child Early Enrollment Discount and Financial Aid Application-deadline is March 31st.

Re-enroll through your existing RenWeb ParentsWeb Account.
Instructions for signing into ParentsWeb
• Please go to  www.renweb.com .
• Select orange  Log In  button from the top right menu bar and then  ParentsWeb Login from the drop-down menu.
• After the RenWeb ParentsWeb Login screen opens, please login to your existing ParentsWeb Account.
• Enter  CHL-CA  into the District Code field.
• Once logged in to your ParentsWeb account, in the blue left sidebar, choose Family Information, and then  Enrollment/Re-enrollment . Select Start Enrollment Packe t. You will be provided instructions on the first page of the re-enrollment page.

FACTS Tuition
Within the re-enrollment packet, you will be directed to login to your FACTS tuition account. From there, you will see the homepage. At the bottom left, you will see the words “ Set Up A Payment Plan .” Please click there.
You will then be directed to select a term. Please select 2018-2019 School Year and click Begin . Then, set up your payment plan. The $100 registration deposit per child will need to be paid right away to receive your $150 per child tuition discount. The registration balance will be debited in June. Tuition billing will begin in August 2018.

Scholastic Book Fair | Ends March 2nd
This PTL fundraiser is a reading event that provides the books kids want to read. It's a wonderful selection of engaging and affordable books for every reading level. We will be open before and after school, in room 102. The book fair will also be available during our Open House & S.T.R.E.A.M Fair. See you there!
Open House & Pasta Dinner | 3/2 | 6-8PM
Bring the whole family and join us for an evening of fun! Our elementary students will have their 2018 projects proudly displayed in the gym. This is also an opportunity to visit your child/ren’s classroom(s) and enjoy the work they’ve put in!
 
Pasta Dinner begins at 6pm in the Gym. Come enjoy a delicious meal while supporting the 8th grade Washington D.C. trip!

Do you love to bake? Would you like to help the 8th grade students? Here is the perfect opportunity for you to do both! We are seeking donations of home-made baked goods. Please bring your sweets to the CLS kitchen by Friday morning, 3/2.
FREE Children's ID Event | 3/8 & 3/9 | 3-6PM
We have an exciting opportunity that we hope you will participate in. Thrivent Financial has graciously sponsored a Children's Id Event here at Christ Lutheran on Thursday, March 8 (located at the K-8 lunch tables) and Friday, March 9 (located on the main plaza). You will be able to bring your child to have a professional identification card that provides fingerprint information along with a photograph and emergency contact information. The event will take place from 3:00 PM-6:00 PM each day. You will need to attend with your child.

Talent Show & Dinner | 3/16 | 5-8PM
Join us for dinner and a show at Christ Lutheran! Admission is FREE! Dinner will be available from 5:00-6:00PM. Raffle tickets will be sold prior to the start of the show. All proceeds benefit the Christ Lutheran Music Program. PTL Open House | 3/22 | 8-9AM
Come enjoy a cup of coffee and breakfast treat on Thursday, March 22nd from 8:00 - 9:00 a.m. in the Fireside Room. The Parent Teacher League would like to show their appreciation to Christ Lutheran parents for the support during the school year and to highlight various service opportunities in a casual, come and go as you please setting. Hope to see you there!
Orange County Soccer Club | 3/24 @ 7PM
Christ Lutheran School is proud to partner with St. Paul's Orange, Salem Lutheran and St. John's Orange in presenting Lutheran Schools Night  at the Championship Soccer Stadium at the OC Great Park. All students in attendance will have a chance, through random drawings, to participate in a Ralley Tunnel, Dream Teamm or Ball Kids. Vouchers are for sale during Open House, at the Book Fair Store (Rm 102), or at the school office through March 21st. You may also purchase vouchers before and after school on Wednesdays, March 7, March 14 and March 21st (at the lunch tables). Or simply email Tracy Wander  to arrange pickup. The vouchers sell for $15 each and are redeemed at the stadium on the day of the game. The voucher can be used at another eligible game if you are unable to attend on March 24th.
