Mary Martha Circle
Mary Martha Circle will continue its study in Hebrews Wednesday, January 17th at 1 pm at the home of Janice Shuster, 530 Beaufort St. #119.  Carolyn Nelson will lead us in lesson five of our study and Isa Riley is our co-hostess.  All women of the church are invited to join our circle to study the book of Hebrews entitled "Cloud of Witnesses" by Melissa Bane Seiver.  If you would like to join us please let Janice, 745-3132 or Freda, 742-0506 know you are planning to be with us.  This is a great opportunity for fellowship and study.
LOST AND FOUND
There is a small container on a wood cabinet in the SE corner of the coffee area.  Several pairs of glasses live there, a Greek letter decorated tie tack, a ring and a couple of water bottles too.  Also, hanging in the hallway coat hanging area features a man's black lined windbreaker which has been there for months. There is also small items in the office window that would love to be claimed too.  Please check lost and found if you are missing and sort of items.

Presbyterian Women
The 2018 Churchwide Gathering of Presbyterian Women will be held August 2-5, 2018 in Louisville, Kentucky. 2018 is also the year that PW celebrates its 30th anniversary! That is why, each month for 30 months leading up to the Gathering, we are sending an email like this one to help you prepare, promote and plan for the Gathering (and PW's anniversary). This 19th update lands in your inbox 11 months from opening plenary (give or take a few days)! That's right-we're less than a year away! #PWGathering #2018ChurchwideGathering
January Care Cart-
Big Brothers Big Sisters
Big Brothers Big Sisters is the oldest, largest and most effective youth mentoring program in the country. By development positive relationships, their volunteers have a direct and lasting impact on the lives of young people.  With the goal of having all children achieve success in their lives, they help children by forming strong relationships coupled with professional support to face the adversities affecting them.  These relationships change lives for the better, forever.  The January Care Cart is continuing UPC's tradition of providing the children served by Big Brothers Big Sisters with warm jackets.  Jackets for both boys and girls can range in sizes from children to young adults.
