What's Happening at The Arc Dane County
2018 Winter Ball Success!

THANK YOU to everyone who attended this year's Winter Ball!  We had almost 400 people in attendance dancing the afternoon away.  And what an afternoon it was.  With a lot of dancing, smiles and fancy attire, the Arc Dane County's 2018 Winter Ball was a big success.

We must give an extra big THANK YOU to the Madison Concourse Hotel for all of their work in making the Winter Ball extra special for our attendees.  And of course, we need music to have dancing.  A big thank you to DJ Tim for donating his time and talents as our initiator of dancing!  And, thank you to all of our volunteers for being there to keep things running smoothly.

Professional photos, generously donated by photographer Debbie Borth are available.   If you had your photo taken, you received a slip of paper with the link and password.  Or you can email Debbie at [email protected]

Annual Fruit Sale Going On Now!
The Arc Dane County has been selling healthy, fresh fruit for the past 33 years.  It is our largest fundraiser of the year and helps us prepare financially for the year's programming, events, and advocacy activities.

In the cold days of winter, we are all craving that beautiful citrus fruit that reminds us summer is just around the corner.  Don't miss your chance for Sweet California Navel Oranges and fresh Florida Indian River Red Grapefruit. Plus, you'll support these very worthwhile causes:
  • The Arc-Dane County - to help us continue our support of people with disabilities and their families.
  • Second Harvest Food Bank - to benefit families in need to nutritious food.  (Second Harvest receives donations of food from many sources, but very little fresh fruit.  As a result of your past contributions, we have given over 22 tons of fresh fruit to food banks)
You have until January 26, 2018 to place your order.
Order pick-up will be February 24, 2018 (pick up locations and pricing listed under "More Information").
