Christ Covenant School is a community that loves, educates, and equips our students to transform the world for Jesus Christ.

However, as it is written: "What no eye has seen, what no ear has heard, and what no human mind has conceived"- the things God has prepared for those who love him-

Our school is currently in re-enrollment season.  If you go to our website or log onto Renweb, you will see the schedule of fees designed to encourage early action.
  • $350 - For online re-enrollments completed by February 28
  • $450 - For online re-enrollments completed by March 31
  • $550 - for online re-enrollments completed after April 1
These options allow you to re-enroll your entire family for one price and also guarantee your spot for the coming year if completed by the end of February.  Your prompt response allows us to secure the seats and enable us to properly project numbers for classrooms, teachers, and other budget items. In the past, re-enrollment was probably less of a concern, but with our current limitations on classroom and facility space, we are realistically looking at waiting lists in many grades.

We are thrilled with the success of our first year of Junior Kindergarten and the movement of these young ones to the next year of Kindergarten.  The dynamic of this movement; however, is a half-full roster of students even before we open the spots to the general public.  Our school policy is to always give priority to current families with siblings, but only until the February 28th deadline.  So please complete any sibling applications before that date.  In our Upper School, there are also space limitations as we move towards two sections of students in 7th-10th grades, so your prompt response allows us to better plan and build for the future.

For the parents of rising 6th-8th grade students, we will be hosting a Middle School Open House, February 27 at 7:00 p.m. at the Upper School.  This Middle School Open House will give parents and students information about the transition from Lower to Upper School.  Subjects such as math paths, electives, the house system, and even lockers will be covered.  Our desire in middle school grades is to emphasize the logic stage of the Trivium and create strong community among the students.  At the Open House, you will hear about special events and trips to build the sense of belonging and also our desire to equip them to be independent, self-governing learners.  All current and prospective rising 6th-8th grade parents and students are invited to the event.

At every stage of our education, from Junior Kindergarten to Middle and High School graduation, our goal for the end of our education should always align with the Biblical goal: "love from a pure heart, from a good conscience, and a sincere faith." (1 Timothy 1:5)

Thank you for your partnership in these ends.

It's Poetry Recital Time!
Our annual poetry recitals will be held March 19 - 23.

Each year our students in grades Kindergarten through 12 choose and commit to memory a poem by a published author. Students will publicly recite their poem in front of a small audience of peers and family.

The schedule of recitals and other important information is available on our website, www.christcs.org at this link:  Parents, Poetry Recitals

Please remember two important items:
  1. Students are required to wear their formal dress uniform on their poetry recital date.   The formal dress code at the Upper School was intentionally made less restrictive this year since students are not required to wear the formal dress attire that often.  For example, the prior requirement for Upper School students to wear a Lands End brand navy skirt was modified to simply require any brand navy blue skirt.   If you are unfamiliar with the details of our formal dress code policy, refer to page 22 of our Family Handbook.
  2. Reserve the day off now!  Visit our website for your child's scheduled performance

Student Tutors
Available Tutors for CCS Students:

There is a great resource for Christ Covenant parents who are in need of a tutor.
One of the pillars of the National Honor Society is scholarships. Members of the NHS have demonstrated achievement in their studies; they are capable tutors for any younger student who needs assistance in their studies.

Payment will be decided between each student and parent.
For rates, please contact the tutors directly but generally the prices range from $15 to $20 per hour depending on variables such as the tutor, subject and frequency of tutoring sessions.
