Code Girls
Code Girls
by Liza Mundy

I really loved this book. I found it fascinating how these young women embraced the challenge they were given, and did their part in helping to shorten the war, thereby saving lives. I believe these young girls were on the forefront of the women's rights movement. Liz Mundy does a marvelous job telling the stories of these unsung and little known heroes. I recommend this book for anyone interested in history.

The Wife Between Us
The Wife Between Us
by
Greer Hendricks & Sarah Pekkanen
Hendricks and Pekkahen have created a roller coaster ride of a read where the story continues to reveal new information right up to the last chapter! On the surface it appears to be the story of a scorned wife but that is just the tip of the iceberg. Grab a comfortable seat and get ready to escape into this fun, fast paced page turner.

The Hazel Wood
by Melissa Albert
This book is perfect for those who love dark fairy tales. Alice has always lived her life on the road with her mother, Ella. They move every couple of months due to this run of bad luck that follows them wherever they go. She has an estranged grandmother with a small cult following from writing a mysterious book of fairy tales whom her mother refuses to talk about. However, when Ella goes missing in New York City, Alice must unravel the secrets of her grandmother's past to get the answers regarding her mother's disappearance. Such a creepy and captivating story! (Ages 13+)
