Division Updates
Reenrollment

All current students must reenroll during February for the 2019–2020 school year. Please note all student accounts must be up to date to reenroll.
DragonFly MAX
If you have not already done so, you must update or create your student-athlete's DragonFly MAX account this week. You must update the preparticipation physical examination form for your child as soon as possible (but no later than Friday, January 18) in order for him/her to have a physical here at school on Thursday, January 24. Click on the video for a tutorial to help guide you through the process. If you have any questions, please contact Chrissy Thompson at (251) 338-6368 or cthompson@baysideacademy.org .
Silent Auction
There will be a meeting Friday morning at 8:15 a.m. in the Pilot Center Theatre for anyone interested in helping with the Bay Affair Silent Auction. Whether you have a little time to give or a lot of it to spare, there is something for everyone.

If you are unable to make meeting but would like to help, please contact one of the Silent Auction Chairs: Jacy Bindon , Suzanne Harcourt , or Jessica Savage .
Dress Uniform Next Wednesday
Next week's dress uniform day for grades 1 –12 has been moved to Wednesday, January 23 instead of its normal Tuesday due to the MLK school holiday on Monday.
Lockdown Drill
We will hold an all-campus lockdown drill on Friday, January 25 .

This exercise is crucial for our students' understanding of what to do should an emergency situation arise on campus. Rest assured that teachers will discuss the procedure with students in advance to help eliminate any anxiety or worry about the drill.
Cheer Clinic
The varsity basketball cheerleaders will host a cheer clinic Tuesday, January 29–Thursday, January 31 from 3:00–4:30 p.m. in the Pilot Center. The clinic is open to girls in grades PK–6. Participants will receive a long-sleeve spirit t-shirt and perform a dance during the halftime performance of the girls varsity basketball game against Bayshore Christian on Friday, February 1 .
Congratulations to our students who made the Fall Honor Roll!

Students in grades 5–8 receive Highest Honors for earning all A's and Honors for receiving A's and B's in numerically-graded classes. For students in grades 9–12, Highest Honors are awarded to those with a 4.0 or higher weighted GPA and Honors to those with a 3.0 or higher weighted GPA. Students who have an incomplete, for whatever reason, may not have their names published at this time.
