| Research Study for Breast Cancer Patients |
The RadComp Trial is a nationwide clinical study comparing two FDA approved radiation therapies for the treatment of non-metastatic breast cancer, PHoton Therapy vs. PRoton Therapy. This study seeks to learn which type of radiation helps patients avoid heart problems and have a better quality of life after treatment. RadComp is a "patient-powered" study, meaning it was designed with help from breast cancer patients themselves.

Breast Cancer Impairments Knowledge Study (BRIKS)
|
The Dr. Susan Love Research Foundation, Army of Women is recruiting breast cancer survivors to participate in a new study. The purpose of this study is to learn more about what breast cancer survivors age 65 and older know about the physical and functional impairments related to their breast cancer and its treatment. It will also help the research team understand what can be done to help people recover from breast cancer. This study is seeking 50 female breast cancer survivors along with a member of their care team for a one-time, one-hour phone interview. Volunteers can participate anywhere in the U.S.
