Walk-Bike Cupertino feels the Bike Boulevard Network will have a bigger and quicker impact on the safety and ease of biking/waking for our students and local resident community. These improvements are less costly, complicated and can be implemented much faster than the other projects in process. The major elements of the plan will include better street signage and markers along with features that could dampen traffic speeds - the main contributor to cyclists not feeling safe on our city streets.
If you live in the nearby neighborhoods - and would like it to be safer and easier to walk and bicycle - please plan to attend and give the city team your feedback. Select the links below for times and locations. Please try to attend!
