Mr. Clary first started working in the insurance industry 20 years ago as an underwriter for a managed-care organization.  He's worked on many aspects of the insurance industry beyond underwriting, including as an analyst predicting utilization and reimbursement for a major hospital, and on the consumer side as an agent. He's managed the contract with the state of Arkansas to provide service to all Arkansas state employees for over four years now. He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration as well as two Bachelor's degrees, one in Mathematics and one in Economics and Finance.  He's married with two children, and lives in Conway.
