Decathlon Team Advances to State:
Congratulations to the RMHS Decathlon Team on their Regional win in Madison on Saturday. The event requires students to write an essay, give both prepared and impromptu speeches, participate in an interview, and complete multiple choice topics in seven subject areas all based on a central theme. Students began preparing for this event over the summer and will advance to the state competition at Purdue University in February, and if they emerge from that event with the highest overall score--despite division-- will move on to the National Competition in Dallas, Texas.

Swimming & Diving City/SIAC Results:
Congratulations to the Swimming and Diving team on their weekend Competitions! The Girl's Team won the City Championship and placed second at the 2018 SIAC Swimming and Diving Championships with 448 points.

The Boy's Team won the City Championship and placed first 2018 SIAC Swimming and Diving Championships with 434 points, for only the second time in program history. We are so proud of the hard work shown by both of these teams!
