Holiday Happy Hour a Huge Success!

On Saturday, December 23, 2017 Armstrong hosted its first

Holiday Happy Hour

at WaterDog Tavern in Belmont. Alumni -- especially those who might live out of the area and be home for the holidays -- were invited to gather to catch up with each other and current and former Faculty and Staff. Over 75 people attended and the energy in the room was electric as people shared stories and memories.

Our beloved physical education duo of Russ Smith and

Scott Douthit

took the lead on recruitment and stayed from the arrival of the first guest and the departure of the last. With a special shout out to Armstrong Alum and current faculty member, Zach Adamis, who worked Mr. Smith and Mr. D to create the widely popular video invitations. Alumni Visit for Holiday Homecoming

On December 15, 2017 local alumni returned to campus to visit former classrooms and beloved teachers. They were also able to watch the Middle School Talent Show. It was so great to have you here. Come back soon!
