The Following is a Traffic Advisory from Penn Public Safety

DPS Has been notified of the following lane restrictions:

38 th Street between Powelton Ave and Filbert Street, southbound lanes will be closed from 6:00am to 4:00pm
on Saturday, February 24

Philadelphia Police will be on location to assist with traffic flow.
