Care Partner Support Series - Five Sessions to Change
connects caregivers of a person living with dementia to other caregivers around the world. It provides you with a forum where you can talk openly and freely about your challenges. As well, it will help you gain awareness and knowledge of care strategies to help improve interactions with your loved one.
All sessions are led by a team of Positive Approach to Care (PAC) Certified Consultants and Trainers. We will gather in a virtual meeting room that allows you to connect from the comforts of home.
The series will help you:
- Gain a sense of empowerment by developing new skills and awareness
- Recognize you are not alone
- Identify strategies for how to better support yourself
- Learn practical care partnering techniques to improve your interactions
