Challenge yourself to different problem-solving puzzles each month when you join GEPL's STEM Club. Use ordinary materials and your imagination to build, create, and test your ideas. For kindergarten through grade 2.

Let It Snow

Thursday, February 15 | 4-5 pm

Create snowflakes, play snowball bucket toss, and enjoy some sweet treats next to a cozy virtual fireplace with a crackling fire. For grades 3-5. Reserve your spot.

Free Intro to Curling at the Park District

Saturday, February 17 | 1-5 pm

Newton Park, 707 Fairview Ave.

Windy City Curling Club will teach you how to throw a stone, sweep the ice, and basic strategy to get you started on your Olympic run! Fifteen minutes to learn but a lifetime to master, curling is fun for all ages; no experience or skates required. Drop in or reserve a group of up to 8 online. This event is weather dependent, please check the GEPD Rainout Line for updates. Free to attend; open to ages 8+. Register online.
