First Books
After working hard to learn their phonographs first semester, kindergartners are now creating their own books--learning logs that contain their spelling lists. Every day, students add words and short phrases to their learning logs.

100 Days Smarter
All year first graders have been counting the school days and preparing for the 100th day of school. And then Thursday was that day! The class celebrated with 100 based activities, 100 shirts decorated with 100 things, snack parts that added up to 100.

Mariners Advance in Playoffs
Both varsity Mariner teams will advance to the state tournament in Columbia next weekend! Both the boys and girls teams had undefeated conference records this season. But once the quarterfinals started Friday night, none of that mattered. The girls and guys teams both faced tough opponents, and both trailed at half time in the elimination match. In displays of perseverance and heart, both came from behind to seize victories and to punch their tickets to Columbia next weekend. The girls varsity defeated Oakwood of Anderson, while the boys bested Oconee of Seneca. Congratulations. Go Green!
