Single Family Home Sales for January 2018
Out of the reported 237 sales for January, 23 (approximately 10%) were over the $2,000,000 mark. Greenwich had the highest sale at $6,815,000 followed by Westport at $5,995,000. Inventory levels remain low as the year starts but will rise as the Spring market progresses. The average time to sell a home continues to be lowest in Norwalk and highest in Wilton. Both towns have similar property values, although the Norwalk market offers more diversity.
