A Message of Gratitude
With the warmth of the holiday season around us, it’s a great time to reflect and give thanks to our donors, volunteers and community partners for making 2018 such a wonderful year!
Together, we painted the town red and raised a record-breaking $2.1 million at our eighth annual Red Hot Gala benefiting women’s health programs and The Ripa Center for Women’s Health and Wellness at Cooper.
Our Pink Roses Teal Magnolias Brunch raised $850,000 for breast and gynecological cancer research and care at MD Anderson Cancer Center at Cooper and our Jim Fifis Lung Cancer Research Fund dinner raised $110,000 in memory of the beloved owner of Ponzio’s.
From bake sales and quilt auctions, to motorcycle rides and fashions shows, donations of all sizes make a difference in the lives of our patients and the people we support.
At the Cooper Foundation, we also recognize the importance of a healthy community. Your contributions also impacted Camden children and families through our many neighborhood partnerships.
Thanks to your support for the Camden Health & Athletic Association, children throughout the city have more opportunities to play than ever before. Young scholars at KIPP Cooper Norcross Academy started the school year off right with backpacks and school supplies donated through Operation Backpack.
As Cooper University Health Care continues to expand, your support is more vital than ever. I hope you will consider making
a year-end, tax-deductible gift
to the Cooper Foundation. We also accept gifts of stocks, bonds and corporate matching, all of which continues to advance the research and care that makes Cooper the leading academic health system in South Jersey.
On behalf of all of us here at Cooper, thank you for your generosity.
Wishing you a happy and healthy 2019,
