Dear St. Paul's,

Many thanks to all who attended the Annual Meeting last Sunday,
Feb. 4th. We thought the meeting went well and hope you agree.

One of the suggestions we received was to organize a forum after Sunday services once per month for members of the parish to meet with Vestry members as a means of improving communications. We like this idea and would like to offer such a session on the Sunday following
every monthly Vestry meeting. We had a Vestry meeting yesterday, Feb. 8th, and invite all who have an interest to meet with us in the chapel, shortly after this Sunday's service.  We hope this will be the first of many productive sessions in the future.

Thanks to Paul Borneman and Marshall Keys for their suggestions on this matter.
