TIPS FOR YOUR TAP
How to identify a Louisville Water employee

It's rare that a Louisville Water employee would ever need to gain access to your home. In fact, Louisville Water employees only pay visits in response to a customer request. Even in the case of boil water advisories, there is no need to enter the home. Take the following steps to ensure the person visiting your home is an actual employee.
Students put their 'Clean Hands Up'

How is spreading a glob of fluorescent goo on the hands of 4th graders going to teach them about the importance of hand washing?  Louisville Water Community Relations Specialist Barbara Crow explains how in the  "Clean Hands Up!" lesson that she uses in classrooms to help combat the cold and flu season. Read about our program and learn about how you can request this free lesson for your organization.
