Ups and downs.
As soon as Mercury went direct on the 7th and we had the New Moon activate, you may have felt the energy get completely unstable.
One day complete joy and happiness, the next a powerful hit in your gut that makes you plummet into sadness. Like a roller coaster of emotions.
I know for myself, being so very proud of my Son for graduating Chiropractic college, but then finding out that my wonderful Uncle in Italy, had passed away. I go on the very same ride that many of you go on. We are all connected.
People tell me all the time that these messages hit home for them. I channel them every week. Realize that they are channeled from the Divine, helping us to realize that we are all going through the same thing at the same time. Just different circumstances, different places and different faces.
Life is about being grateful for those uplifting moments and understanding that we need to ride out the lower moments. Life is a miracle to be embraced. When we are in those low points, we are reminded of what is truly important in our lives. It's not about things or stuff. It's not about who is right or wrong. It's about living life the way we want to live it, regardless of how others view us. It's about allowing people to be who they are and accepting that. Everyone is on their own path of discovery.
If you are empathic
and feel others' emotions and challenges, and are becoming overwhelmed, disconnect from them and allow them to learn without your interference. They need to understand life's ups and downs too. It will help them see the blessings and joy of living.
Stay in your own skin. Allow others to experience what you are experiencing. Be grateful and loving. Supportive but not enabling.
Balance is key in this life.
Embrace the highs and raise your arms up as you reach the top, then ride out the lows. Neither is good or bad, it just is.
