As part of our quality commitment to you, it is our goal to provide you with product in a timely manner. In the past we have based the turnaround time for most stock product orders on 7 to 10 business days (up to 14 days overall) from the date the order is approved provided that no label changes are involved.  We are now looking at an average of 14 to 21 days on stock product orders from the date the order is approved. I ask that you keep this in mind when monitoring your product inventory to prevent any out of stock conditions with your customer base.

 

We are very committed to honoring our standards for quality in service, quality in product and quality in delivery. As such we began taking steps last year to expand our production capabilities allowing us to get back to an overall 14 day or less schedule in the near future.

 

In addition to the steps we are taking to increase our capabilities, we must at this time increase our minimum order quantity for all private labeled stock products. The new minimum is 48 bottles at wholesale pricing and 144 bottles at distributor pricing.  Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns over this new policy.
