Wild Mountain Sunday DAY NEW Race Time

The Sunday DAY league at Wild Mountain will start 1/2 hour earlier.

Padraig's Place Ski Race Benefit

Saturday, March 10

Padraig's Place, Buck Hill and The Ski Challenge are hosting the 10th Annual Ski Race Benefit on Saturday, Feb 10, 2018 at Buck Hill Ski. Skiers and non-skiers are welcome to join in for a fun evening of ski racing along with a chance to honor Padraig's Place's participants, donors and supporters.

A Special Après Ski Party will follow with awards, special recognition, and a presentation on Padraig's Place. This is a fun evening to give support to Adaptive Skiing at Buck Hill.

REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN!  Run orders will be set in the order teams are registered.  Space is limited!  Don't delay!

We still have room on teams in all of our leagues.
If you are interested in joining an additional league, or are new to Ski Challenge, we can place you on a team.  Most of our leagues have teams that have openings.

GUEST RACING

You are allowed to guest race two times per regular season race league. The fee is $15.

If you plan on racing more than twice for a specific league and there are still open spots on teams, you will need to join the league. If all spots in the entire league are filled, then you may race as a guest more than twice per league.

Please note - Free TRY-ITs are for racers who have never tried Ski Challenge. Try-its are not for racers who have guest raced before in Ski Challenge

Group Guest Racing

If you have a group that would like to come out and guest race together, contact the Ski Challenge office for a group rate. We have had groups such as Blizzards Ski School, Ski Jammers, and the St Olaf Alpine Team.

To get the group rate, you must set up your guest racing day in advance.

Championships at Giants Ridge

March 2, 3, and 4, 2018 at Giants Ridge. 

Championships at Giants Ridge is a fun filled weekend of racing which all Ski Challenge teams can participate in.  Championships is not a required weekend, but it's a weekend not to be missed.  

Every team is placed in a division with like scoring teams making each division a fun, close competition for all teams.  All team racing takes place on Saturday and Sunday on Innsbruck.

We also have an open Team Race on Friday that takes place on Innsbruck.  Saturday we offer an open Individual Race held on Helsinki (King and Queen of the Hel).  Helsinki is a little steeper, more challenging run, but all are welcome to participate.  We may add an additional, optional race on Sunday which will take place on Helsinki.  Stay tuned for more information.

We have great prizes to win throughout the weekend at the various events.  We hope to see everyone there!

 If you are looking for some practice or coaching whether you are a beginner racer or a veteran, Buck Hill and Wild Mountain have a lot to offer.

TEAM PHOTOS
