Going paperless is relatively easy for the new agency in town. In fact, it doesn't get much easier than training staff from the get-go to use the Generations mobile app, document securely, and communicate with the office in real time. But what about providers that have been serving their communities for decades or longer?

Every day, new and well established agencies are hitting the ground running with Generations. They begin by customizing their care plans, creating digital care notes based on existing paper forms, and focus on customizing their master lists.

Large established agencies have an enormous amount of data, allowing us to import important historical information into a secure Generations account means even the most paper entrenched office has the ability to become virtually paperless, almost immediately.
