Dear Valued Customer,

 

Over the past year our industry has seen unprecedented price increases on numerous raw materials including all of the B Vitamins, Vitamin C and several amino acids.  We have tried to postpone having to pass along any increase in product costs in hopes that the market would stabilize and that at least some of the prices would drop to previous levels.  Unfortunately, this has not been the case and we are at a point where we have to decide whether to set new prices or make ingredient changes in a number of formulas to help offset any necessary price increase.  Rather than taking a chance on compromising the efficacy of any formulas affected, we hope you agree with our decision to keep these formulas intact while minimizing any price increase as much as possible. 

 

It is our hope that at some point in the future we will see many, if not all of these raw materials drop in cost, allowing us and other companies to lower prices.  In the interim, we appreciate your understanding and hope that this situation will in no way deter our ability to continue working together.  Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
