Plan Affected:  Mercy Care Plan Long Term Care

As a result of several questions recently received from behavioral health providers, we wanted to clarify that under Mercy Care Plan Long Term Care, the HCPCS code T1016 - Case Management is not a covered service.  Under this plan, all case management is conducted by Mercy Care Plan Long Term Care case management employees and, therefore, not required by providers.
