Wednesday - February 28
It's Midweek for everyone! Complete d etails here. Highlights include:
  • We'll host a short church meeting at 6:00pm in the Worship Center to  consider a motion from the Nominating & Governance Committee regarding 3 candidates to serve on committees. Agenda here. 
     
  • The Connecting at Carmel class has Pastor Josh Fairbaugh discussing Leadership. Come learn about opportunities to lead at Carmel. (A243)
  • The CarmelKidz Parent Roundtable has Pastor Patrick teaching on The 5 Love Languages. All are welcome. (U215)
  • All women are invited to the Carmel Room for fellowship over an on-campus service project for a local ministry partner. 
Thursday - March 1
  • TEMPORARY CHANGE: The Daughters of the King morning gathering will be from 11:30am-12:30pm in Uptown Auditorium. 
Sunday - March 4
  • We return to our Root 66 journey through the books of the Bible. This week Pastor Alex teaches from Galatians.  
  • We'll share in the Lord's Supper.
     
  • Stop by the prayer room for prayer! Our elders and their wives will be in the prayer room between services to pray with and for you. 
  • Registration opens for two camps today! 
    • CarmelKidz Camp University of Genesis (July 15-20).  NOTE: Active CarmelKidz participants will be directly emailed with the early registration link.
    • Student Camp Carmel (June 12-16)
  • GraceOne (one of our recent church plants) begins worship in a new location today - Antioch Elementary. Pray for continued kingdom impact!

Tuesday - March 6
  • Mom's Time Out invites all moms of preschool-age children to an evening of fellowship and encouragement - along with a special Easter craft! Details here.

Connect + Engage

Make a Joyful Noise! 
All (high school age and up) are welcome to be a part of the Resurrection Choir to help lead worship on Sunday, April 1. Join us for the required rehearsals on Wednesday, March 21 and Wednesday, March 28 at 6:15pm in the choir room. Questions? Email [email protected]. 
School Ministry News + Opportunities
Great things are happening through our Carmel Christian School (CCS) ministry! 
  • Championship Celebration: The CCS varsity men's basketball team won the state tournament!
  • Excellent Entertainment: Snag tickets here for the musical production You're a Good Man Charlie Brown (March 9 - 10).
  • Summer Adventures: Half and full day camp options abound for kids Kindergarten - 8th grade (May 29-August 10). Details here. 
  • International Opportunity: Bring the nations to your home! Host an international student studying at CCS for the 2018-2019 school year. Email Lisa Shulz (schulzl@carmelchristian.org) with CCS for details. 
  • Now Enrolling: CCS exists to provide an excellent education, built on biblical truth, which equips students to reflect Christ to the world. Applications are currently being accepted for K-12th grade. Details here.

Throughout March we are collecting for local ministry partner Beds for Kids - who  provides beds and essential  furniture to children and their  families in need.
Needed Items: NEW
twin and full sheet sets, blankets,
pillows, lamps & lightbulbs.

Carmel Preschool

We're building up our Preschool Ministry Sunday morning volunteer team - come join us! Current opportunities include: 9:30am 2 Year Olds class, Sunday Substitutes (for any service hour) and Summer Substitutes. Email Rachel to express your interest!
