Kick start your weekend with a one-hour energizing total body workout that will blast your core and get your heart pumping! Afterwards, network with other NextGen members while enjoying complimentary refreshments in the studio.

Admission to this event is self-sponsored at a cost of 10 KYD. Payment will be collected upon arrival at Power Pilates Bootcamp. Please wear your athletic shoes.

ENERGY Essential Fitness is Cayman’s only fully equipped, 3000 square foot Pilates studio offering a wide range of both Pilates matwork and equipment classes as well as a diverse and exciting selection of Group Fitness classes - including TRX training, Barre Cardio, ENERGY X-Training and more. Our team of highly qualified trainers and instructors provide both private and partner training in the areas of Pilates, General Fitness, Pre/Post Natal and Sports Conditioning. In addition to the amazing Pilates and Fitness programming, ENERGY also offers in-house nutritional services with Andrea Hill Holistic Nutrition and a unique approach to helping both private clients and class participants set up personalized programming best suited to reaching individual health and fitness goals.
