New Paid Sick Leave Policy Begins
Reminder – effective January 1, 2018 you are accruing paid sick leave! You will accrue one hour of paid leave for every 40 hours worked. We will be mailing you this policy with details, including reasons when you may use your paid leave and how to request paid leave. Your sick leave balance will be recorded on your pay stub. If you have questions or need help please contact Mychael at 253-475-7744 or email: mtruong@advanced-healthcare.com

We have updated many of the forms on the portal for you to easily download and print. Along with forms, you have access to the monthly in-services, newsletter archives, and the ADP link to view your paystubs. If you have any suggestions for additional forms you'd like to see here, please let us know!

Friday, Jan 20 – Mental Health
Training - Free!
8:30am to 5:00pm Tacoma Center for Dialog & Resolution
An evidence-based, 8-hour training that introduces participants to common risk factors and warning signs of mental health problems and specific illnesses like anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. Participants learn a five-step action plan to support someone developing a mental illness or experiencing a mental crisis, and connect them to appropriate care and support. Open to adults age 18 and over who live and/or work in Pierce County. Training is offered at no cost.  To register, please email your 1) name, 2) organization, 3) email, and 4) phone # to reception@CenterForResolution.org

Christmas Party
Wrap Up
This is always one of our favorite days of the year because we get to see YOU! Once again we were happy share this fun day with so many of you and your families. The yoga and meditation classes were a fun new addition to the party this year. Thank you for attending and sharing in the season's festivities with us! Congratulations to our Target gift card winners: Yolanda S. and April B.
