Upcoming Exhibit a Moving Depiction of Life with Dementia
The exhibit "MAMMA: In The Meantime" by Tony Luciani and presented with support from the Alzheimer Society of Grey-Bruce, is the moving photographic tale of the artist's elderly mother Elia and her experience living with dementia. Villa Charities Co-Presents Documentary Screening to Recognize Holocaust Remembrance Day
Villa Charities, in collaboration with the Istituto Italiano di Cultura and the Consulate General of Italy in Toronto, is presenting a screening of "The Maestro" on January 29. The documentary film details the life of Francesco Lotoro, who scoured Europe in search of music composed clandestinely in WWII camps. The screening will take place at the Spadina Theatre at 6:30pm. Admission is free.
