Dear Library users:

I have good news! Starting today BCCLS has turned hold requests back on. However, for the time being, customers are limited to three (3) hold requests. We do not know how long that limitation will be in effect. A video explaining how to place requests and manage your account is available on Youtube.

As a member of the BCCLS Delivery Task Force, I am working with other directors in BCCLS to formulate a plan to keep this delivery backlog from happening again and to mitigate any disruption when the new delivery vendor comes on board later this year. We apologize that we have not been able to provide the level of service you have come to expect from us.

I want to thank you for your patience and support as we have dealt with this unfortunate situation.
