Attention educators!
We have a great line-up of  amazing professional learning programs this year for you. Join us for one or more of these opportunities to inspire action in your classroom and community around the issues of sustainability.
Our work towards increased diversity and equity - join us
We don't generally share the internal workings of the Farm. But recently, we've undertaken an organization-wide Equity/Diversity Assessment initiative that will make us a stronger organization, with impacts rippling out to all of you. Contact us if you'd like to participate in a focus group.
Here's to 20 years with OFES
(...and 20 more!)
Have you ever met a mighty bird of prey here on the Farm? If so, it is all thanks to Outreach for Earth Stewardship! 2017 marked 20 years of partnership, and we're so grateful to Director Craig Newman, Co-Founder Eveleen Cecchini, and the dedicated team of volunteers for all of the incredible work.
Staff book review: We Rise
Need some hope and inspiration? Read Dir. of Professional Development  Jen Cirillo's review of We Rise: The Earth Guardians Guide to Building a Movement that Restores the Planet, in the latest issue of Green Schools Quarterly. You'll be moved by the author -- a 17-year-old indigenous environmental activist -- and his stories of hope and change. Jen shares ways that teachers can apply this book in their classrooms, too.
Collaborative dinner to benefit
