 Celebrating Graduate Studies (Grad Week) Update - Starts in 6 days
We're gearing up for Grad Week next week and are pleased to report that we already have over 160 registrations. Of course, we want more! We will continue to advertise the event this week.
If you haven't already done so, please reach out to your applicants and prospective students to invite them personally and encourage them to
register
. We are still offering travel reimbursements for up to $50 on a first-come, first-serve basis for up to 50 students as well as discounted accommodation at the Donald Gordon Centre (for $99 + taxes, mention the Mid-winter Special) or at the Holiday Inn Kingston Waterfront (for
$119.99 plus taxes and fees, mention Queen's Grad Week).
Thanks to those of you who have organized events and recruited volunteers for the week. We will inform you about your registrants on Thursday in order to facilitate your planning, and we will provide you with updates next week.
For those of you not yet involved, there is still time to list events on our website and registration system and to promote them as a part of our week. You also could get involved by finding volunteers to greet attendees and promote your programs at our registration desk.
Please contact Vicky Arnold to let us know about your events and volunteers as soon as possible. Our programs will go to print on Wednesday at noon.
