The Lifesaving Society is offering a sanctioned competition set up and scoring clinic on Friday, February 23, from 1:00-4:00 pm at the Spray Lake Sawmills Family Sports Centre in Cochrane . This is a participation workshop to provide hands on training in respect to setting up a lifesaving sport competition from start to finish in respect to pre, during and post sanctioned competition including: entries, seeding, scoring, results and records.
This course is intended for lifesaving sport club members who set up competitions, complete entries and host and support competitions including: meet managers, clerk of course, chief scorer, chief finish judge, officials, coaches, referees, etc.
