I am a native of central Massachusetts, but work took me to Tennessee and Kansas, before finally settling in Murrells Inlet, in 2007. While living in Kansas, I became involved as a Volunteer Photographer for the KC Star covering local special events, and thus began my love for photography.
Since arriving in South Carolina, I have been selected as an artist in residence for SC Parks Department in 2013 and 2014. I have been a member of the Seacoast Artists Guild since 2009. My images can be found in the April, 2013, 2014 and 2015 issues of Grand Strand Magazine, the last five years of the Town Planner Calendar, as well as local art shows. I was honored to have my work selected for ArtFields in Lake City in 2015 and 2017. When not out photographing, I can be found hand weaving pine needle baskets.
