Pre-Assessment Concert and Trip Meeting
  Tuesday, 3/13
  Chamber - 3:00 to 4:30 Rehearsal
  Madrigals - 4:30 - 6:00 Rehearsal
  6:30 pm Call time for all students
  Trip Meeting - after the concert, parents + students.

District Assessment (Choir SOL Test!) Friday, 3/16 at Chantilly High School
    Treble and Select - Dismissed from class at 2:15 to change and meet in choir room.  Bus leaves at  2 :30 pm and will return around 4:45 pm. *Need at least 2 parent chaperones to ride the bus with the students.
    Chamber 4:20 - 5:20 pm
    Concert Choir 5:30 -6:30 pm
    Madrigals 6:50 - 7:50 pm

Here's the scoop - Our early performance times on Saturday mean that we have to hire special buses to take the group from the hotel to the performance venue, costing $20/person.  It will be a long day, since we leave the hotel at 8:00 am, and will be on a boat Saturday evening with no control over when we dock.  With the help of the special buses, our regular bus drivers have plenty of time to get us back to the hotel late Saturday.  Thanks for your understanding!
