Registration:  All golfers must be registered and have their fees paid in full by the first day of the tournament. We encourage you to register today on the  online registration  page. 

Team Member Form:  We ask that each team submit a team member form listing each of the players. (Please submit only one form per team.) If you are registering on behalf of your team, please download and  complete this form  and email it to  johnrosstexas@yahoo.com

Alumni Sponsorships:   If you would like to be a sponsor — whether playing in the tournament or not — you can purchase a  sponsorship  online through the registration link. Sponsorships help underwrite the cost and are much appreciated! 

Tau Open Banquet:   All Kappa Sigma Tau alumni/seniors, actives and fathers of actives are invited to attend the Tau Open banquet and cocktail party on Friday evening, whether playing in the tournament or not. If you are not playing in the tournament, please  click here  to register as a Friday Night Dinner Guest at $50 per person. (Banquet information below.) 

Players and non-players attending the banquet are welcome to bring wives or girlfriends, but please  click here  to register them as a Friday Night Dinner Guest at $50 per person. 

If you must pay by check, please download and complete the  team member form  and mail it with your check by April 15.

Friday, April 27: Yaupon Golf Course 
Tournament sign-in begins and driving range opens at 11:30 A.M. Tournament will begin promptly at 1 P.M . with a shotgun start. Banquet will follow at 6:30 P.M . (Banquet information below.)

Saturday, April 28: Live Oak Golf Course
Driving range opens at 8 A.M. and tournament begins promptly at 10 A.M. with a shotgun start.

Format:  Four-man Florida Scramble. The tournament champion will be determined by a horse race playoff marshaled by the Lakeway Pro. Low Gross and Net for both flights will be in the horse race. The “Chuck Tuck Trophy” will be awarded to the team with the highest gross score.  There will be no mulligans. 

Handicaps:   All teams will be handicapped by the Lakeway Pro and tournament committee. If you do not have a USGA handicap, please turn in your average score on 18 holes. 

Two Flights:   Open and Senior. To qualify for the Senior flight, the combined age average of four team members must equal or exceed 60 years of age. Players 65 or older may play from the Senior tees.  Please indicate on registration page if team qualifies for Senior flight. 

Tau Open Banquet:  Friday, April 27, 6:30 - 9:30 P.M ., The Hills Country Club, 26 Club Estates Parkway, Lakeway, TX 78738 (512-261-7200). Open bar (wine, beer & cocktails) starts at 6:30 P.M . Tex-Mex dinner served at 7 P.M. Calcutta commences at 8:30 P.M.  Cash bar after 8:30 P.M . Non-golfer dads and sons are also invited!
