Dennis has over forty years of experience practicing law within the areas of business law and commercial finance.
He routinely advises clients with respect to selection, formation and capitalization of business entities, commercial financing transactions, real estate and equipment leases and purchases, the negotiation and implementation of succession plans, ownership agreements, mergers, business expansions, investments, acquisitions and sales, and the drafting and implementation of employment agreements, distributor agreements and other business contracts.
He also represents and advises community, regional and national lending institutions operating in Massachusetts in connection with the granting, drafting and enforcement of loans and other financial accommodations including lines of credit, equipment loans, industrial revenue bond financing, construction and real estate loans, letters of credit, business acquisition loans and participation agreements.
Katie joined Mirick O'Connell as a Paralegal in the Firm's Business Group. Prior to joining the Firm, Katie worked as a paralegal with Pojani Hurley & Ritter, LLP for 14 years.
Katie earned a bachelor's degree in English with a minor in Education from Assumption College.
