Dear Parents,

As we spend time sharing our love and compassion for each other, let us remember that God's love for us is strong. His love for us is unconditional and eternal. He loves us so much that he sent His son to be sacrificed for our sins.

When God asks us to love one another as He loves us, why is this sometimes difficult? It is hard to love our enemies or someone who has hurt us. It is expected by God that we love our neighbor. We are human and will struggle with these expectations but when we find it in our hearts to have compassion for others and love as God loves, it feels fulfilling inside our souls. This is how God wants us to be.

This week let us spread the love that God gives us to others. As we do this remember that "Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never fails "- verse from 1 Corinthians 13:7...."

Quote from Pope Francis:

"Love is the measure of FAITH."

Faithfully yours,

Miss Giaquinto
