Can incorporating laughter into an exercise class for older adults make exercising more attractive to them? A recent study examined whether a program that includes simulated laughter exercises would increase participation, improve health, and boost motivation to continue exercising in assisted living residents.

The ERRS is a group of volunteers that restores, maintains and operates vintage streetcars at Fort Edmonton Park and across Edmonton's historic High Level Bridge. 

In summer 2018, ERRS plans to expand service and will need new men and women volunteer drivers.

• ERRS volunteers maintain a very flexible work schedule
• Motorman shifts for men and women drivers are available daily May through October
• Training begins in April 2018
• Opportunities are also available with restoring and maintaining streetcars.
