THIRD GRADE PARSHA PRIZE STORE
The Third Grade enjoyed a wonderful Parsha Prize Store where the students cashed in on prizes they earned through learning the parshiyos of Breishis. We thank the PTA for partnering with us on this amazing initiative to encourage yediyos haTorah in our talmidos.
FOURTH GRADE MESIBA
Morah Neuman's Fourth Grade Class celebrated a wonderful achievement. Every student in the class brought in and gave tzedakah every single day throughout the entire first half of the year. To celebrate, the class decorated the room, heard wonderful Divrei chizuk from Rabbi Yechiel Spero and enjoyed a great mesiba in their classroom. Rabbi Spero shared a special story about the power of giving and how it defines us as yidden. We thank Morah Neuman for her passion and the love she shows each of her talmidos every day!
FOURTH GRADE HOT COCOA PARTY
The Fourth Grade English Classes celebrated their reading accomplishments with a warm and delicious hot cocoa party in their self-illustrated mugs. For every book the students read, they earned an additional topping for their hot cocoa. Thank you to the dedicated teachers for organizing this exciting biannual event.
MORAH LERNERS CLASS REENACTE THE CROSSING OF THE YARDEN
Morah Lerner's 5th Grade Class reenacted Bnei Yisroel's crossing of the Yarden into Eretz Yisroel. Complete with flying people, a stream of water suspended in mid-air, and many other amazing nissim...the girls made the entire event come alive in the classroom. Morah Lerner's experiential learning opportunities create indelible impressions on our girls and bring the pesukim to life in a very special way!

5TH GRADE GOES TO THE AQUARIUM
The annual 5th Grade Trip to the aquarium went swimmingly! The girls enjoyed the hands on experiences and most importantly created a huge Kiddush Hashem through their behavior to and from the trip and at the museum itself.
100TH DAY OF SCHOOL
The 100 th day of school marks a special day that the 5 th graders traditionally prepare activities in math for the students throughout the entire school from grades one through five to enjoy. Together with a catchy jingle written by
Yocheved Berger, Yocheved Friedland, and Chasi Rosen the halls erupted with hundreds and hundreds of fun activities. We thank the 5 th grade teachers  Miss Heber, Mrs. Rosenbluth, and Mrs. Weiner for helping facilitate this exciting project.
LEARNING HOW TO CHECK FOR BUGS
We thank Rabbi Shalom Tendler, of the Star-K, for delivering his annual Tu B'shvat shiur on checking for bugs in our fruits and vegetables. The 5th graders were astounded to see how important it is to check our fruits and vegetables to avoid eating bugs.
THE BEAUTY OF MUSIC
We thank Mr. Daniel Heifetz, Mrs. Tal's father, for bringing such a warm and educational presentation on the beauty of music to our students. Enjoy this brief piece he shared with them on how one piece of music can drastically change when you put your entire neshama into the piece. The lesson we learned is that our t'fillos, our mitzvos, and our learning can take on another dimension when we add that kavana represented in this brief clip.
