Victoria DeAngelis Alger came to love watercolor painting later in life. A graduate of Michigan State University, she spent her career focused as a design professional in Landscape Architecture for other three decades. Victoria's passion for watercolor painting inspires her creativity these days. She enjoys painting landscapes en plain air as well as unique still life scenes and expressive portraits. She particularly enjoys telling a story through unique portrait compositions with a vibrant color palette.
Victoria's paintings have been juried into exhibitions throughout the Southeast. She has won numerous awards and enjoys having collectors of her watercolors both locally, nationally, and internationally. She is active with the visual arts in her community, has been a featured artist in several local publications, and regularly contributes her works to local philanthropic causes.
