As you make resolutions or set goals for this new year, I would like for you to consider the idea of practicing fierce self care. Why fierce? Sometimes our thoughts and habits get in the way of our best intentions. Excuses and disempowering thoughts can put our mental, physical, spiritual or emotional health at risk. Merriam Webster defines fierce as “being marked by unrestrained zeal or vehemence.” Imagine the paradigm shift in our society if we all were to practice self care with unrestrained vehemence!
