What is Business Club? 

My business club is a group of individuals who meet each month with a view to sharing ideas, helping/supporting each other. 

It is designed for ambitious business owners who are serious about growing their business.

I will vary the format to keep the meetings fresh and relevant. There is always an educational slot such as a group discussion on a particular topic or a member talking about their issues and challenges.

The monthly business club will be limited initially to 10 members on a first come basis. You can join (depending on availability) or leave at any time. 

How can it help you?

The business club is designed to help business leaders grow and improve their businesses skills and develop their leadership and management effectiveness so you become more confident and more successful in growing your organization’s than other businesses.

As well as our monthly session you will have the option to be held accountable by me for achieving your goals and overcoming your business issues and challenges. Members will also have access to a quarterly coaching workbook to plan and record with and measure progress for your own business.

If you’re a current client of mine these monthly sessions are at no additional cost.

I deliver and facilitate all the Business Club topics. Members of the group can also attend my separate 90 day planning days at no additional cost; these events are where you write your business plan for the next 90 days. A whole day working on your business every quarter at no additional investment (normally its £299 + vat per session; you’ll also have the opportunity to meet other business owners who may be a business opportunity for you!

As well as the business club topics you have:

• The opportunity to process your business issues in a supportive environment and in total confidence
• Access to me throughout the month via email for any help or guidance 
• Access to a “Dropbox” of shared resources including a library of eBooks and videos for your business development
• Take advantage of One-to-one coaching, face-to-face with me, if and when it becomes right for you. Fees for this to be discussed separately.
• FREE access to my other workshops like 90 day planning days (4 per year) and other workshop events (6 per annum) as well as to my on line members “Business and Learning Centre site so “before and between each session you can preview this and make sure you’re learning and growing.
• There will be “homework” to do from each session to help you progress and gain the most from the Business Club and to optimize your investment.

• Business planning and strategy
• The Sales machine- do you have one?
• The Marketing machine ---what's your plan
• Financials-“demystifying” the P and L, Cash flow and Balance sheet
• Team optimisation- creating a 6 cylinder team that works; so you don’t have to
• Personal time management
• Building your Vision/ Mission and Culture
• Testing and Measuring your business
• KPI's- both Key performance and key predictive indicators
• Sysemising your business

Not only do you get the chance to network with like–minded local business owners, you can also submit whatever challenges you are currently facing in your business prior to each meeting session and there will be an educational slot on the subject to show you how to overcome them. 

This is a Business Improvement club with a difference! By joining this group, you can share your challenges and knowledge with fellow members. You will also be kept up to date with details of the next meeting.

There will only be access to 1 business type to minimize conflict and optimise confidentiality.
