Voices in Unity
January 2018

A message from Carol Craig,
Unity Board of Trustees President

'Tis the Season, that's for sure...the Season for grace-filled decorating of hearts and homes, for generous giving of our treasures and gracious receiving of love and gifts given to us. It is also a time when we look back over the year and reflect on the many 'gifts' wrapped in Divine Order and Purpose that we've experienced in 2017.

The Unity Christ Center Board of Trustees is humbled at the beautiful unfolding of the Spirit-filled life that encircled Unity Christ Center in the absence of a minister during 2017. None of us really knew what to expect as we said goodbye to Rev. Sandy just one year ago, but then again, we all knew the vision of Unity Christ Center, "we will co-create an enlightened world of harmony and abundance "... so began this faith-filled journey.

Every member and friend of Unity Christ Center contributed their time and talent in creating and maintaining a vibrant spiritual community in 2017, which produced love, joy and abundance for all. Your contribution may have been serving on the many teams created to enlighten the process of hiring a new minister; it may have been the songs you sang that inspired us during adversity; the many prayerful meditations visualizing the right and perfect minister arriving in Divine Order were essential; or it may have been your critique of something you thought wasn't going well causing us to better listen with open hearts and minds. Simply, your constant presence allowed our Center to fulfill its mission: "We are vibrant spiritual community, embracing the Oneness of all, radiating peace, love, joy and abundance."

As we begin 2018, we affirm that in the right time and in Divine order, we will have a minister who, in collaboration with all of us, will provide spiritual growth, inspiration and continuity in living the Love we are created to be. Indeed, 'tis the season and YOU are the GIFT that is given now and for ever and ever, Amen!!

Carol Craig,
Unity Christ Board of Trustees, President
