Parish Office Hours
The Parish Office will be closed in celebration of Christmas Monday, December 25, and Tuesday, December 26. The Parish Office will also be closed New Year's Day, Monday, January 1.

2017 Contribution Statements 2017 Contributions Statements will be mailed no later than January 31, 2018. All contributions must be dated and postmarked by December 31, 2017, in order to be eligible for a 2017 income tax deduction. Please note the Parish office will close at noon December 29. PM and Sunday mornings at 10

VESTRY NOMINATIONS REQUESTED
The Vestry Nominating Committee is seeking candidates whom you believe would make outstanding Vestry members for Saint Paul's. If you'd like to suggest someone, including yourself, please contact Wright Montgomery .
VESTRY RESPONSIBILITIES The basic responsibilities of the Vestry are: · to help define and articulate the mission of this congregation · to support the church's mission by word and deed · to support the clergy · to ensure effective organization and planning · to manage resources and finances · to attend monthly vestry meetings and annual vestry retreat · to serve as liaison to assigned parish committees This is a 3 year term.
MINIMUM CRITERIA To be eligible for the Vestry, a nominee must answer "yes" to all of the following questions. · Have you been confirmed or received in the Episcopal Church? · Do you regularly attend worship services at Saint Paul's? · Are you a pledging member of Saint Paul's?
CANDIDATE PROFILES Each nominee slated to run for election to the Vestry will be invited to share a profile with the parish via our regular parish communications including the weekly newsletter.

Pub Theology
Monday, January 8, 7 PM, Pizza Joint
Pub Theology kicks off the Second Monday of January (January 8, 7 pm) at the Pizza Joint in downtown Augusta! Join a varied group of young(ish) adults to explore some of the "big" questions around our meaning, purpose, and God. We welcome all faiths, but especially focus on the Christian perspective informed by the Episcopal tradition. We hope to grow in our understanding of ourselves and God as we gather together over drinks (whether coke or ale). Calling all 20-30 something young professionals, grad students, and wayward souls for a monthly gathering at the Bee's Knees for drinks and conversation following the Celtic Service.
