NORTH STATE BIA POSTS FEBRUARY SALES NUMBERS

ROSEVILLE - The North State BIA released its February sales data, which showed the regional homebuilding industry recorded 376 sales from 147 communities reporting for the month. This is a decrease from January's 457 sales and 148 communities.

"Although we could not match January's sales tally, February sales numbers were still very good ," said Rachel Bardis, the BIA's 2018 Chair and Principal with Bardis Homes.  "We feel strongly about the positive signs we're seeing in the region's housing market and fully anticipate the strong sales momentum to continue."
