Thank you to all of the parent volunteers, teachers and staff for their help making the 4th Grade Extreme Weather CCC a success this year! A very special thank you to
Ellen MacEntee and
Sandra Vladisavljevich for co-chairing this event. Their creation of
5 different escape rooms (new to the CCC this year) was no small feat! A big thank you as well as to all of the triage leaders, escape room leaders and committee chairs.
Thank you also to
Lutheran Church Charities and their comfort dogs, Angel and Zina, who were highlights of the students' post-disaster experiences.
Plus, a special
congratuations to all the 4th graders for raising almost $1000 for the disaster relief chairity they selected, Lutheran Church Charities Comfort dogs. Between the donations raised the weeks preceding the CCC and a very successful bake sale held this week, our 4th graders made a very positive impact.
